Regional Council/State Coordination for Initial BEAD Allocation Proposals

In late July, NTIA revealed the long-anticipated state allocations for the Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment (BEAD) program, a $42 billion investment into the nation's broadband network. Now states, the District of Columbia, and territories must work on their initial proposals describing how they propose to run their grant programs. As states and territories work through this process we want to hear from regional organizations, Councils of Governments, and Economic Development Districts on how they are coordinating with their state broadband offices as they develop these initial proposals and future required plans for the BEAD program. Please join this webinar if you would like to hear from your peers on how they are working within their state to best allocate this historic funding in broadband.
